Refund policy
Due to hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on our lashes. If damaged or faulty then we of course will offer and exchange or refund but must notify us within 3 days of receiving your items. This requires proof of purchase.
Please remember all our lashes are handmade 100% Mink. So due to this u could get one lash slightly different to the other.
